Required dosage for operation
1. For chemotherapy patients, the initial dose of this product is 500-600mg/㎡ based on body surface area, dissolved in 50ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, and intravenous infusion 30 minutes before the start of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, completed within 15 minutes.
2. For radiotherapy patients, the initial dose of this product is 200-300mg/㎡ based on body surface area, dissolved in 50ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, and intravenous infusion 15 minutes before the start of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, completed within 15 minutes.
3. Highly recommend using antiemetic therapy, that is, to inject dexamethasone 5-10mg and 5-HT3 receptor antagonist before and after this product.
4. If the occlusion pressure is significantly lower than the listed baseline value in the table, stop the infusion of this product.
