How to quickly eliminate blood stains

It is very difficult to wash off blood stains from clothes and pants. It is best to remove the blood stains clean before washing and drying the clothes and pants, but we are not without means for dried blood stains. Moreover, all this can be done without much difficulty, and no magical cleaning fluid is needed. Do you want to wash off the blood stains from your favorite denim jeans or silk long dress? Follow me quickly to clean the blood stains from the clothes. Then, how can the blood stains on the clothes be removed quickly?

How to quickly remove bloodstains from clothes?

Firstly, soak the blood-stained clothing in cool water. This is the easiest way to clean bloodstains, and the sooner you discover that there is blood on the clothing, the more effective this method is. If blood has stained large items such as carpets, mattresses, or other furniture that cannot be soaked, use a clean towel or sponge to clean them. Never use hot water – it always makes bloodstains more difficult to remove from the fibers of the clothing.

Next, try using hydrogen peroxide. This method is only effective for fresh bloodstains. Before using hydrogen peroxide, you should be aware that its bleaching effect can cause damage or discoloration to the fabric, which may also cause stains. Therefore, use it with caution, and it is recommended to test it on an inconspicuous corner of the clothing first. Hydrogen peroxide is very effective for cleaning bloodstains on porous concrete surfaces.

Use saltwater to clean delicate fabrics. The sooner you apply saltwater before the blood is fully absorbed by the fabric, the better. It is very effective to hand wash large items that cannot be soaked in water, such as mattresses, with wet salt grains.

Use soap to clean, if you are using a public restroom, try using soap to clean the bloodstains. In case you cannot find hydrogen peroxide or salt, you can use soap or pet shampoo instead of saltwater to immediately wipe the bloodstains and hand wash them. If you need to clean carpets, mattresses, or large furniture, remember not to use too much soap, otherwise it will be difficult to clean the foam thoroughly.

Use sodium hydroxide to clean stubborn bloodstains. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of sodium hydroxide in 1/2 cup of cool water, then pour the solution onto the stubborn bloodstains. After the bloodstains fade, rinse with cool water. Do not use sodium hydroxide on linen, silk, or woolen clothes.

Use toothpaste to clean clothes and bedding. This method is best used only on clothes that can be put into the washing machine or can be thoroughly cleaned by hand. If you use whitening toothpaste on carpets, cushions, or large furniture, you may never be able to get rid of the lingering taste of the whitening toothpaste.

Use tenderizing powder to clean sturdy fabrics. Blood and meat products are all organic compounds that can react with enzymes such as trypsin, cellulase, and lipase. Raw tenderizing powder sold outside can be very effective for cleaning dried bloodstains. Detergents and dishwashing agents all contain this enzyme.

Ultimately, saliva can also be used to reasonably remove bloodstains, as the enzymes that promote digestion in saliva can also dissolve proteins in blood, and it is this protein that makes bloodstains difficult to remove. Note that this method is only suitable for very small bloodstains.

Common questions

Whether the bloodstains have been cleaned thoroughly can only be known after they have dried. The sooner the cleaning is done before the blood has coagulated, the easier it is to clean. Hydrogen peroxide can clean bloodstains from all objects except the mattress.

[Is the lumbar treatment instrument effective] _Efficacy _Effect

From: https://www.diseasewiki.com

Is the lumbar treatment instrument effective?

Lumbar disc herniation is a common lumbar disease. The lumbar intervertebral disc is equivalent to a micro-motion joint, mainly composed of a transparent cartilage plate, a fibrous ring, and a nucleus pulposus. Lumbar disc herniation occurs when the nucleus pulposus protrudes from the fibrous ring under the action of external force, compressing the lumbar nerve roots, thereby causing lumbar pain and radiating pain in the lower limbs, known as lumbar disc herniation. Lumbar disc herniation is caused by external force on the basis of lumbar degeneration, mainly manifested as violent and static injuries, such as overexertion, excessive exercise, prolonged sitting without movement, and prolonged standing.

Is the lumbar treatment instrument effective?

The lumbar treatment instrument is generally a supportive treatment method, which has a certain alleviating effect on patients with lumbar disc herniation, but it cannot cure lumbar disc herniation. Therefore, if lumbar disc herniation needs to be treated, it is possible to take blood circulation and blood stasis medicine to treat lumbar disc herniation. If necessary, a lumbar belt can be worn to stabilize the lumbar spine, in order to prevent the herniation and aggravation of lumbar intervertebral disc, and to alleviate the compression symptoms.

Lumbar disc herniation can only alleviate symptoms but cannot be cured. In severe cases, the protruding lumbar intervertebral disc tissue can produce obvious compression symptoms on the spinal cord and nerve roots. If conservative treatment does not alleviate the symptoms, surgical treatment must be adopted to remove the protruding lumbar intervertebral disc. However, because there are many nerves in the spine, there is also a certain risk during surgery. Therefore, surgical treatment is usually only considered when symptoms are very severe and conservative treatment is ineffective. In terms of specific symptoms and treatment plans, it is generally necessary to consider the actual situation.

[What is the name of blood lipids on the test report]_How to call it_What to call it

From: https://www.diseasewiki.com

What is the name of blood lipids on the test report

After obtaining the blood glucose test report, if you can understand the various data on the test report, it is not only beneficial for you to understand your condition in the first time, but also has a guiding significance for treatment. For many patients, the most headache may be not understanding the various symbols on the test report. Even if the doctor explains it, it is still not completely understood. Today, let’s learn about these blood sugar markers together.

The normal value of blood lipids refers to various indicators such as total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density protein, low-density protein, etc., which are all within the healthy index range and can be used as a standard to determine whether a person has hyperlipidemia.

One blood sugar marker expertise

1 Total cholesterol TC

1) Reference values

Suitable level: ≤5.17 mmol/L (200 mg/dL)

Critical value range: 5.20~5.66 mmol/L (201~219 mg/dL)

Increase: ≥5.69 mmol/L (220 mg/dL)

2) The significance of indicators

Increase: Commonly seen in various types of hyperproteinuria, obstructive jaundice, nephrotic syndrome, normal thyroid hormone levels, chronic renal failure, diabetes, etc. It is very easy to cause atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, stroke, etc.

Decrease: This can be seen in various protein deficiency conditions, liver cirrhosis, malignant tumors, poor digestion and absorption of nutrients, megaloblastic anemia, etc. It can also decrease during the woman’s menstrual period.

2 Triglycerides TG

1) Reference values

Suitable level: <1.69 mmol/L (150 mg/dL)

Critical value range: 1.69~2.25 mmol/L (150~200 mg/dL)

Increase: 2.26~5.63 mmol/L (200~500 mg/dL)

Extremely high: ≥5.64 mmol/L (500 mg/dL)

2) The significance of indicators

Increase: Commonly seen in various types of hyperproteinuria, diabetes, gout, obstructive jaundice, normal thyroid hormone levels, pancreatitis, etc. Triglycerides are also a risk factor for coronary heart disease. When triglycerides increase, dietary control or medication treatment should be given.

Decrease: Commonly seen in low proteinuria, poor digestion and absorption of nutrients, hyperthyroidism, and can also be seen in excessive fasting, physical exercise, etc.

High-density protein cholesterol (HDL-C)

1) Reference values

Suitable Level: 1.04 mmol/L (40 mg/dL)

Decrease: 0.91 mmol/L (35 mg/dL)

2) The significance of indicators

Increase: Chronic hepatitis, toxic manifestations, long-term aerobic metabolism, etc.

Decrease: Coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, liver cirrhosis, diabetes, chronic renal insufficiency, etc.

4 Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)

1) Reference values

Normal level: ≤3.10 mmol/L (120 mg/dL)

Marginal increase: 3.13-3.59 mmol/L (121-139 mg/dL)

Increase: ≥3.62 mmol/L (140 mg/dL)

2) The significance of indicators

Increase: This may be seen in patients with hereditary proteinuria, hypothyroidism, nephrotic syndrome, obstructive jaundice, chronic renal failure, Cushing’s syndrome, etc.

Decrease: This may be seen in patients with no β-proteinuria, hyperthyroidism, poor digestion, liver cirrhosis, malignant tumors, etc.

Symptoms of blood lipid abnormalities

When the above values on the blood glucose test report exceed the normal range, first determine whether the pre-test preparation for blood lipid tests was strictly followed, and then eliminate the factors of seasonal changes and personal conditions. Finally, obtain accurate results from the blood glucose test report. The following conditions are relatively common:

An increase in triglycerides in blood (blood cells) is prone to hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, diabetes, nephrotic syndrome, primary hypertriglyceridemia, and other conditions.

An increase in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in blood (blood cells) may lead to coronary heart disease and stroke caused by atherosclerosis.

An increase in total cholesterol (blood cells) is likely to cause spontaneous hypercholesterolemia, common bile duct obstruction, nephrotic syndrome, atherosclerosis of the aorta, diabetes, familial hyperlipidemia, and other conditions.

High levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, decreased apolipoprotein A1, increased apolipoprotein B, may lead to proteinuria and other abnormal proteinuria. A decrease in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol is also prone to coronary heart disease.

Precautions for blood lipid tests

Start not eating anything from 8 pm the night before blood collection, but small amounts of water can be consumed.

Morning blood collection should be done at 8-10 am the next day after an overnight fast of 12-14 hours, with only small amounts of water allowed in the morning.

Maintain a normal diet structure for two weeks before blood collection. Avoid high-fat foods, do not drink alcohol, and do not engage in strenuous exercise the day before blood collection.

Ensure that there have been no acute diseases, injuries, or surgical operations in the past three months that may cause unexpected situations.

It is best to stop using drugs that affect blood sugar for 2-4 weeks before blood collection, such as blood sugar regulating drugs, some antihypertensive drugs, emergency contraception, and growth hormones.

Summary

In summary, cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels are the four key items in blood lipid tests. They are also the four items regularly maintained for blood lipid management. During the examination, follow the doctor’s instructions. If there are abnormal blood lipid conditions in the test results, do not worry, carefully analyze the causes, and implement the medication and lifestyle recommendations given by the doctor.

[What is the most common blood type] _Features _Characteristics

From: https://www.diseasewiki.com

What is the most common blood type?

Which blood type has the most people in the country? How many people have the same blood type as their child in 1.4 billion people? What we usually say ‘blood type’ refers to the specific antigen type on the surface of red blood cells, and human blood type is different. And, each blood type system is determined by genetic recombination, so it has medical immunological characteristics. This is the key reason why the same blood type must be infused in medicine.

Medical clinical research has found that humans have many blood types. According to the clinical tests of the world’s countries at present, in fact, there are more than 30 blood types. However, the most common are only 4 types: A-type, B-type, AB-type, and O-type. In addition, there are ‘Rh blood type system, MN and MNS blood type system’, which are more common than the four types. The other types are few and far between.

What is the most common blood type?

Among us Chinese people, A blood type accounts for about 28%, B blood type accounts for about 24%, O blood type accounts for the largest 41%, and AB blood type is the least, accounting for about 7%. In clinical medicine, there is also a relatively common blood type analysis, which is the RH blood type, mainly divided into RH positive blood and RH negative blood. The proportion of RH negative blood is very small, which is commonly known as the panda blood.

Blood type is determined by whether there are some genetically inherited antigenic substances on the surface of blood cells. At present, more than 30 blood typing systems have been discovered and recognized in humans, among which the ABO blood typing system and the RH blood typing system are more common. ABO blood type is generally divided into four types: A-type blood means that the blood cells carry an A antigen, B-type blood means that the blood cells carry a B antigen, AB-type blood means that the blood cells carry both A and B antigens, and the other is O-type blood, which means that the blood cells do not carry A or B antigens.

So, how many people in the country of 1.4 billion have the same blood type as you or the same blood type as your child?

If you want to know how many people in the country have each blood type, or how many people have the same blood type as your child, it is actually very simple. If you first go to the hospital to test your child’s blood type, then multiply the percentage of each blood type by the total population of our country, you can find out. For example:

1. The percentage of AB blood type in the total population of our country is multiplied by the total population, which is about 0.98 billion; 2. The percentage of B blood type in the total population of our country is multiplied by the total population, which is about 3.35 billion; 3. The percentage of A blood type in the total population of our country is multiplied by the total population, which is about 3.9 billion; 4. The percentage of O blood type in the total population of our country is multiplied by the total population, which is about 5.72 billion. In this way, it is clear how many people in the country have the most common blood type and how many there are in total.

What is the serum iron four items test

The serum iron four items test is generally used to check the serum ferritin, usually used for detecting the type of anemia, tumor marker tests, etc.

The serum iron four items test is generally aimed at the detection of iron element diseases, usually including the serum ferritin, serum total iron-binding capacity, transferrin saturation, and serum iron tests. Since the iron content in the blood is relatively high, these four tests are also known as the serum iron four items test. Through the serum iron four items test, the iron content in the blood can be determined, the type of anemia can be judged, and at the same time, it can be combined with other tests to determine whether there are tumor markers in the body.

Fasting is required when checking the serum iron four items to avoid affecting the effectiveness of the test.

[Definition of blood sinus] _Performance _Characteristics

From: https://www.diseasewiki.com

Definition of blood sinus

What is the basic concept of blood sinus? Blood sinus is a type of capillary, also known as sinusoid capillary, mainly distributed in the liver, spleen, bone marrow, and some endocrine glands. It is the area where blood enters the tissue space. Then, what is the basic concept of blood sinus? What are the characteristics of blood sinus? The following will provide a simple understanding and introduction to this issue, hoping it will be helpful to everyone!

Characteristics of blood sinus: The lumen is large, irregular in shape, and there may be large gaps between endothelial cells. Some blood sinus endothelial cells have pores. The basement membrane or connection under the dermis is absent. The structure of blood sinus in different organs is very different.

Every pregnant friend should have a good understanding of some professional knowledge about pregnancy during pregnancy, so that they know how to deal with emergency situations immediately. Some pregnant women may detect placental sinus during pregnancy. Then, what is the meaning of placental sinus? Let’s learn about it together with the web editor.

What does placental sinus mean?

Whether placental sinus can be examined by amniocentesis. Placental sinus refers to the marginal placental sinus, the first bleeding time is late, mostly at 37-40 weeks of pregnancy or after childbirth, and the bleeding is also less. The blood sinus of the embryo does not affect the normal birth of the fetus, is not easy to cause internal bleeding. If the sinus does not expand, it will not affect the development of the baby. Sometimes, the sinus may shrink or regress with the increase of pregnancy weeks.

Can placental sinus be examined by amniocentesis?

The solution of placental sinus actually depends on the size and location of the sinus. There is a possibility that the placental sinus will not shrink properly after the baby is born, leading to internal bleeding, which is the most critical; it is also possible to appear incomplete placental detachment due to placental implantation in the uterine muscle layer, leading to incomplete placental detachment and internal bleeding; also, the marginal placental detachment surface is close to the uterine orifice, which is very easy to cause bacterial invasion of the placental detachment surface and produce infection; marginal fetal bleeding in the later stage of pregnancy can lead to premature delivery of pregnant women, causing fetal intrauterine hypoxia and even death, and it is recommended to perform cesarean section for delivery.

Placental sinus refers to the localized expansion of blood vessels within the embryo. Generally, it is difficult to regress spontaneously. For those with placental sinus, it is best to avoid stimulating the uterus, so the risk of amniocentesis is very high, and it is not recommended to perform amniocentesis for examination.

Believe that after reading this article, all pregnant friends can firmly grasp what placental sinus is. Once it is found that there is a placental sinus in the hospital examination, it should be consulted with the doctor’s advice immediately to prevent self-treatment. If the solution is appropriate, the impact of placental sinus is actually not very great.

What kind of ordinary drink can sober up

Alcohol is often seen on the dining table as a popular health drink with a large daily sales volume, mostly used for banquets, friend gatherings, etc., especially at friend gatherings, where drinking is very common. Some people think that alcohol is a necessary product for interpersonal relationships, but many people do not think about the experience after drinking before they start drinking. Then, what drinks in the market have a very good sobering effect?

Yogurt

In the market, what is often seen is yogurt, which is a healthy drink purchased by most people. It is sweet and sour and delicious. Drinking some yogurt after drinking can alleviate the hangover; yogurt can slow down the digestion and absorption of ethanol and is one of the health drinks for sobering up.

Red grape juice

After drinking, many people eat apples, and the fresh fruits eaten by each person are not the same; eating fresh red grapes can achieve the effect of sobering up, as the elements in red grape juice react with the elements in alcohol, effectively reducing the alcohol content to achieve the effect of sobering up.

Honey lemon water

In contemporary households, pure honey is common. Honey lemon water can promote the dissolution of ethanol, and drinking honey after getting drunk can ensure a good night’s sleep, so that you don’t feel dizzy when you wake up in the morning, which has a very good effect. It can be seen that pure honey is a popular health drink for sobering up.

In social development, many drinking sessions may be encountered. It is inevitable to drink alcohol at a drinking session. Moderate drinking not only promotes blood circulation and removes blood stasis but also has greater assistance to the human body; excessive drinking harms the human body, and there are many discomforts after drinking. Drinking yogurt, eating grapes, and drinking honey water can all alleviate the hangover, immediately sober up, and have a great auxiliary effect on our body’s digestion and absorption.

Honey lemon water and vinegar are both okay, but definitely not tea water, as tea contains caffeine, and combined with alcohol, it is even easier to get drunk.

Method / Process

1

1, Milk: After getting drunk, drinking some milk can make proteins coagulate, protect the gastric mucosa, and reduce the digestion and absorption of ethanol.

2

2, Poria: Poria is a common Chinese medicine. Take 30 grams of Poria, decoct it in water, and drink the decoction to achieve a good alcohol-soothing effect.

3

3, Pueraria lobata: Take 10 grams of Pueraria lobata and decoct it in water to drink, which has a high alcohol-soothing effect.

4

4, Sugar Tea: After drinking, drinking some sugar tea can dilute the alcohol content in the blood and accelerate metabolism.

The benefits of sea dog essence powder

Why do some boys, at a young age, have the strength of will but not the physical strength, feeling weary and soft, becoming a ‘three-minute man’, causing their wives to feel constrained, creating instability in the home, and having their own grievances that they cannot express! Why do some boys remain vigorous in their old age, full of vitality, and can still pass on their lineage in their seventies and eighties, enjoying the joys of love in the world, and pleasing their parents-in-law! The difference between the two is merely due to kidney deficiency.

How to test whether you have kidney deficiency?

(1) Pour a small amount of urine into a glass of cold water, if the water remains clear, it indicates good health; if it becomes turbid or there are oil droplets floating on the surface, it is mostly kidney deficiency.

(2) At normal drinking conditions, urination at night is more than 3 times.

(3) Weak urination, dripping and dripping, not stopping.

(4) Swelling of the eyelids when waking up in the morning.

(5) Without lifting anything, feeling weak in the legs when reaching the third floor.

(6) Sitting in a chair watching TV for more than two hours feels sore in the waist.

(7) Standing in the kitchen for more than an hour while cooking feels weak in the legs.

(8) Always want to sit still and not think about problems, lack of concentration.

(9) When washing your hair, a lot of hair falls out.

(10) Always feel sleepy but can’t fall asleep, wake up after finally falling asleep.

If three of the above conditions occur simultaneously, it is very likely to be kidney deficiency.

So how do we tonify the kidneys?

1. Rub the腰部 with your palm, first warm the palm by rubbing it together, then place it on the腰部 for massage, twice a day, about 200 times each time.

2. Find the acupoint of the涌泉穴 at the foot, massage it regularly, which can tonify the kidneys and invigorate Yang, lock the essence, and prevent tinnitus, insomnia, and headache.

[What is Targeted Drug Therapy]_How to treat_How to treat

From: https://www.diseasewiki.com

What is Targeted Drug Therapy

Targeted drug therapy is a hot topic in cancer drug research, and at present, many targeted therapeutic drugs have been approved for the treatment of cancer by the FDA in the United States and other countries, and some targeted therapeutic drugs and methods are still in clinical trials. Below, let’s discuss what the interpretation of targeted drug therapy for cancer treatment is.

Principles of Drug Targeting:

According to the different principles of target points, drug targets can be divided into passive targets, active targets, and physics targets, among others:

1. Passive Target

Medicines in passive targets refer to the use of the physiological structure characteristics of special tissues and human organs to cause natural distribution differences in drugs in the body, thereby achieving the target effect. The passive target is largely dependent on the specification efficacy of drugs or their carriers: particles over 7μm are generally filtered out by the small capillaries of the lung through mechanical filtration methods, engulfed by monocytes into lung tissue or alveoli; particles over 200nm are easily engulfed by the liver and its reticular structure epithelial system. The most widespread in passive targets is the EPR effect, which is based on the difference in capillary structures between solid tumors and normal tissues: normal capillary epithelial spaces are high-density and structurally detailed, and biomacromolecules and larger particles are not easy to pass through the vascular wall; while in solid tumor tissues, there are more newborn vessels and wider vascular wall gaps with poor consistency, and there is a lack of lymphatic return. These differences cause biomacromolecule drugs or particles with a diameter of about 100nm to be more easily accumulated in tumor tissues, thereby achieving the target effect; in addition, the use of the unique pH, enzyme environment, and cellular recovery environment of the tumor position can also achieve the release of drugs in special locations, achieving the goal of targeted drug delivery.

2. Active Target

The key is the ability to actively integrate drugs or their carriers with target points, the key methods include coupling probe molecules that can specifically fuse with the molecular structure of target points, such as antigens, active peptides, glycan chains, and nucleic acid aptamers, to the surface of drugs or carriers through organic or physical methods, thereby achieving the actual effect of the target.

3. Physics Target

The physics data signals such as light refraction, heat, electromagnetic field, static electric field, and ultrasound, the artificial control of drug distribution and drug release characteristics in the body due to human factors, and the completion of the target points for the location of the disease.
