Ingredients
Main ingredient: 500g white radish
Ingredients: Korean chili powder, salt, scallions, ginger, garlic, 25ml white vinegar, 20g sugar, 1 pear
Method
1. Wash the radish and cut it into small pieces. Season with salt and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Cut green onions and pears into pieces, place them in a large bowl, mix with chili powder and sugar, then stir in white vinegar to make a chili paste.
3. Squeeze the water from the pickled radish pieces and mix them evenly with the chili paste.
4. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 1 day for better taste.
