The 3.0g/kg of bamboo yellow liquid extract was introduced into the subcutaneous tissue of the mice from the back, showing a very significant inhibitory effect on the increased permeability of the skin capillaries induced by nitrosamines. The intravenous injection of 0.5g/kg of the extract can reduce the blood pressure of the anesthetized rabbits, and its mechanism may be related to the influence on cardiac output and the dilation of arteries, reducing the afterload.
