How to look at pH value –

Means the vaginal secretion pH value: The normal pH value is 4.5. When suffering from candidal or bacterial vaginitis, the pH value of the secretion increases and can exceed 5-6.

Ⅰ degree: Under the microscope, there are a large number of vaginal squamous epithelial cells and a large number of vaginal rods.

Ⅱ degree: Under the microscope, there are vaginal squamous epithelial cells, a small number of leukocytes, some vaginal rods, and there may be a small amount of mold or pus cells. Ⅲ degree: Under the microscope, there are a small number of vaginal rods, a large number of pus cells and mold.

Ⅳ degree: Under the microscope, no vaginal rods are seen, except for a small amount of squamous epithelial cells, mainly pus cells and mold.

Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree is normal, Ⅲ～Ⅳ degree indicates abnormal vaginal discharge, indicating the presence of Trichomonas vaginitis.

How to look at mold and Trichomonas –

Signifies the mold and Trichomonas: Under the microscope, the presence of Trichomonas or mold can be detected based on the shape of the treated secretions. If Trichomonas or mold is present, the test report will indicate this with a mark. This mark only indicates the infection with Trichomonas or mold, and does not imply the severity of the infection.
