If the color of the red strip in the detection line area (T) is darker or similar to the color of the red strip in the comparison line area (C), it indicates a positive result, indicating that the subject is in the ovulation period; if the color of the red strip in the detection line area (T) is lighter than that in the comparison line area (C), it indicates a negative result, indicating that the subject is not in the ovulation period. The red strip in the comparison line area (C) is a standard for determining whether there is enough sample collection and whether the chromatographic process is normal, and also serves as an internal control standard for the reagent. We find the most suitable way to test the ovulation period using the ovulation test strip based on the principle of the ovulation test strip, which is to use the ovulation test strip once a day after the end of the menstrual period, and if the ovulation test strip turns strongly positive gradually, the frequency of testing should be increased, and it is best to test every 4 hours.
