Use earpickers cautiously. 　

If you feel there is a lot of earwax, use earpickers cautiously to prevent damaging the ear canal. You should use a fine cotton swab or a smooth earpick, and you can ask a relative to help you clean it under the sun. 　

Solution for slightly hard earwax. 　

If there is some hard earwax in the ear, do not try to dig it out with force as you cannot clean it thoroughly. Excessive force always damages the ear canal.
