5 Simple Things to Do in the Bath for Better Health
1. Prevent Dry Wrinkles and Cracks
After winter and spring, your skin will become rough, especially your hands and feet. In the hot summer and autumn season, our feet walk every day and are exposed to the outside, if the skin of the feet is dry, painful heel cracks or dryness will appear, thus affecting your best training plan.
Use pumice stone to remove cracked skin while taking a bath. When your feet are wet, it is easier to remove those skin and reveal smooth and healthy feet.
2. Prevent Acne
Your skin will shed like scales every few days to prevent the sudden growth of the body.
Use loofah or sugar-made scrub (gentler than salt) to remove the epidermis that may block pores and cause acne.
3. Stretching Exercises
This is not a suggestion to do the entire yoga course while taking a bath, because it is unsafe and will waste a ton of water.
But spending a few minutes stretching your back can release the tension in your mind and muscles. Stand with your legs apart, do a deep squat, clasp your hands together, and relax them in front of you, while showering your back with warm water.
Because hot water is extremely effective for tense or sore muscles, this stretching exercise will be more effective.
4. Relieve Nasal Congestion
Taking a hot bath can help you stay away from the spread of cold or sinusitis, but if you are already infected, use the nasal irrigation pot during your bath.
Breathe in the steam for five minutes, then put salt in the nasal irrigation pot and water from the showerhead – to have the perfect temperature.
Steam not only makes your nasal irrigation pot more effective, but also saves tissues when you blow your nose. Using a plastic nasal irrigation pot shaped like a rhinoceros horn, you don’t have to worry if it slips to the ground.
