Method
1. Place the meat pieces or pork ribs that have been soaked in water in a slow cooker, add the cubed potatoes, scallion slices, ginger slices, star anise, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, and if you want a little spiciness, you can add a little dried chili or a little spicy bean paste. Add an appropriate amount of water and start simmering!

Third, the steps for making potato stewed meat
Ingredients
300 grams of pork belly (the meat cubes are about 2cm×2cm×1cm), 300 grams of potatoes cut into cubes (the size is at your preference), a small amount of chopped scallions, garlic, and ginger, salt, 4 pieces of star anise, about 10 Sichuan peppercorns, 50 grams of vermicelli, 30 grams of cooking oil, 500 grams of water
Method
1, first wash and cut the pork belly into pieces, blanch in cold water until 5 minutes cooked, and the pork slightly turns white, then remove it, no need to wait for the water to boil.
2, pour cooking oil into the pot, caramelize the sugar (brown sugar can also be used), if the color is not good, add a little soy sauce, add the boiled meat pieces, and stir-fry with star anise and Sichuan peppercorns together.
