If you have hand and foot eczema, using hormone-based cream for treatment is relatively effective, but it is very easy to recur; however, if a patient with tinea manuum chooses to use topical growth hormone cream for treatment, it will have no effect at all, and even cause the rash to spread.

The rash of hand and foot eczema is mostly seen on the arms and palm of the hands of patients, and the key feature is that it recurs repeatedly. On the other hand, the rash of tinea manuum generally occurs on the palm of the hand alone, and the itching is not very prominent either.
