芦根水怎么制作?
芦根是一种泻火清凉的中草药,在夏天常用于来煮芦根水做消暑饮品。可以和麦冬相配,能防治很多疾病,也可以和雪梨冰糖同煮用于治疗胃热口臭呕吐等。只要身体有炎症,就可以适量用芦根水。
