II. Steps of the method
(I) Method I
1. Wash the broad beans and drain them
2. Cut the pork belly into slices, and slice the scallions, ginger, and garlic
3. Add some oil to the pot and stir-fry pork belly until the oil is released
4. Add broad beans and stir-fry
5. Stir-fry the broad beans until they change color and become soft, then add a little soy sauce, scallions, ginger, garlic, and Thirteen Spices, stir-fry well, add an appropriate amount of water
6. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat until the broad beans are soft and tender, add a little salt for seasoning, reduce the sauce, and then it can be served.
(II) Method II
1. Pick and wash the broad beans, tear them into two or three pieces, and set aside.
2. Heat the pot, add oil, and sauté chili peppers, scallions, ginger, and garlic.
3. Add broad beans and stir-fry.
4. Add 1 spoon of soy sauce, and stir well.
5. Add a bowl of hot water (bone soup is better), bring to a boil, then turn to medium and low heat to simmer for about 20 minutes.

7. Add 2 spoons of sugar.
