Children take 1 to 2 seeds per year, swallow them in empty capsules; for enema, take 15 to 20 Brucea javanica seeds, crush them, soak them in 200ml of 1% sodium bicarbonate solution for 2 hours, then perform retention enema, once or every other day, at the same time as oral administration, or use it alone after 4 days of oral administration. Most cured patients had symptoms disappear within 2 to 7 days, and most of them had a negative stool microscopy within 3 to 5 days. Adverse reactions include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc., among which diarrhea is more common, but it does not affect treatment.

Do not wash or wipe with a towel for 5 to 6 hours after applying the oil to avoid removing the medicine oil or affecting the surrounding skin; when using on the face, prevent the medicine from entering the eyes. If a scab forms after reapplication, gently scrape off the scab before applying the oil again. A total of 47 patients were treated, with 39 cured (most patients were cured within 5 times), and 8 ineffective.
