How to Cook Cabbage Deliciously and Simply

1. Hand-torn Cabbage

3. Stir-fried Shrimp Skin, Cabbage, and Noodles

Heat the oil in a pot and stir-fry the scallions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp skin and stir-fry together until fragrant. Add the carrots and cabbage shreds together, and cook until the carrots and cabbage shreds are soft. Add the noodles and stir-fry with salt to taste. Add a spoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.
