What is the method for making Yang Zhi Gan Lu?
Yang Zhi Gan Lu is a very delicious and nutritious dessert that many people enjoy during their leisure time. Not only does it taste sweet and moderate, but it is also rich in nutrition. Material preparation
Sago, mango, pomelo, coconut milk, cream (or condensed milk), and sugar.
Preparation steps
1. Put the sago into boiling water, cook over high heat for 1 minute, then cover and steam until it becomes transparent (about 20 minutes), rinse with cold water using a sieve, drain and set aside.
2. Peel three mangoes, blend them into juice using a blender, and cut the remaining flesh into 1cm cubes, set aside.
3. It is best to buy imported red-fleshed pomelos for their beautiful color and rich fragrance; after peeling out the flesh, gently knead it and set aside.
4. Put the rock sugar in water and dissolve it (the amount of water is about 1:1 with sago), then pour it into the sago and boil for about 2 minutes.
Place the whole pot in cold water to accelerate cooling.
5. When the sago temperature drops below 40℃, add condensed milk first, the amount should be based on the soup color turning milky; then add coconut milk, the amount should be determined by the smell of coconut.
6. Then add mango juice, stir well, and taste it; if it is too sour, you can add some powdered sugar to adjust the taste.
7. Finally, add the diced pomelo and mango flesh, and place them in the refrigerator to freeze for immediate consumption.
Precautions

3. If you can’t find condensed milk, you can use milk instead, but the taste will be much different;
4. In terms of sago selection, small sago is easier to cook than large sago. Washing sago with cold water after cooking can make it taste excellent.
