What are the dietary remedies for pharyngitis?

6. Increase the intake of protein moderately to enhance the body’s immunity. The level of human immunity is directly related to the recurrence of pharyngitis, therefore, patients should appropriately increase the intake of high-quality proteins such as fish, shrimp, meat, and milk. When supplementing protein, it is important to eat less food that is too warm, such as lamb and dog meat, otherwise, it may worsen the symptoms of pharyngeal discomfort.
